Hallo, ich möchte mich für eure Beiträge bedanken!!! Es funktioniert alles wie es sein soll, habe ein iPhone3G mit der 3.1.3 Version und letztens der Version 3.1.2 gejailbreakt. Es auch das "miPatch" nicht mehr da ist und nun "appsync" dafür zum download steht, am Anfang hat es bei mir auch nicht geklappt ===>>> (Fügt eine neue Source hinzu: Edit –> Add http://cydia.hackulo.us -> Add Source) aber nach ein paar mal ausprobieren ging es dann !!!! Ganz herzlichen Danke an euch alle!!!! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Alex

okay, brauche wirklich mal langsam etwas hilfe:
habe ein 3GS mit FW 3.1.3 und BB 05.12.01, so jetzt würde ich das natürlich gerne jailbreaken, was ja anscheinend für das 3GS noch nicht geht.

Meine Frage daher: kann ich einfach die Firmware downgraden und dann das Ding jailbreaken? Oder muss ich nur das Baseband downgraden (geht das überhaupt?) oder muss ich beides machen?? Weiss nicht ob das jemand zuvor schonmal versucht hat, brauche wirklich Hilfe bitte meldet euch hier!!!

was kann denn im schlimmsten fall passieren? mein i-phone hat eh manchmal schon macken… kann ich mir evtl. auf so ne art nen virus einfangen oder evtl. auch schon beim jailbreaken geholt haben?

work perfectly… just follow instruction…. if you don't know how to used winscp go google it.
iphone must have openssh installed via cydia and need winscp for windows xp to work.

Normalerweise beginnst du mir WinSCP im /var/mobile Verzeichnis oder kurz ~
Geh mal ganz zurück bis / – dann siehst du Library. Und dort drin ist dieser Ordner. Hab kurz nachgeschaut.

Also du brauchst eine Hacktivated Custom Firmware – diese ist bereits aktiviert, da du ja keine passende SIM hast.
Bezüglich Jailbreak musst du wahrscheinlich erst auf blackra1n von Geohot setzen und erst wenn dieser einen Jailbreak hat kannst du probieren eine Custom Firmware zu installieren.

also bei mir gibt es den bzw die ordner /Audio/UISounds gar nicht. unter /Library fängts mir /Adressbook an oO. sonst ist auch nirgends was zu finden. habs mit winscp und speedcommander probiert, die anzeigeeinstellungen überprüft jedoch nichts gefunden.
